1. Order Processing
  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and a second email with tracking information once it has been shipped.

  • Orders placed after 3 PM (CST) will begin processing the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer secure domestic and international shipping through trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

3. Shipping Rates
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight, destination, and shipping method.

  • Free standard shipping may be available for select orders or promotional events—check the homepage or product details for current offers.


4. Freight & Oversized Items

Certain items such as jet ski motors, accessories, and heavy equipment may require freight shipping due to size or weight.

  • We will contact you to coordinate delivery and provide tracking or Bill of Lading documents.

  • Freight shipments require a valid phone number and may need a signature upon delivery.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment’s status using the carrier’s tracking page or through your Jetskimoto account dashboard.


6. International Shipping
  • We currently ship to select countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us directly for a custom quote.

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, which may be levied upon delivery.

  • Jetskimoto is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages
  • If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the item and packaging, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@jetskimoto.com.

  • For lost or significantly delayed shipments, please contact us so we can file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue promptly.


8. Shipping Restrictions
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

  • Hazardous materials, such as fuel or certain lubricants, may be subject to additional shipping regulations.
