Eligibility for Returns

To ensure the integrity of our products, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unregistered, and in its original packaging.

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Returns are applicable to all sale items.

Note: Jet skis that have been used, launched, or registered with any marine authority are also eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to safety, hygiene, or regulatory reasons:

Registered watercraft (even if unused)

Custom-built or special-order units

Opened electrical components or marine electronics

Safety equipment such as life vests, flares, and first aid kits

At Jetskimoto, we want you to feel confident every time you shop with us. That’s why we offer a simple and reliable money-back guarantee. if something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right as quickly as possible.

If you receive an item that’s damaged, defective, or not as described, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Once we approve your return and inspect the item, you’ll have the option of a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.

How to Start a Return

Getting started is easy:

  • Send us an email at sales@jetskimoto.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  • We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number and clear instructions on what to do next.
  • Carefully ship the item back using a trackable and insured service.

Please note return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our side.

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it. If everything checks out, your refund will be processed promptly.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 1–2 business days via the original method of payment. Refunds may be subject to the following:

A 1% restocking fee on approved returns

Deduction of original shipping costs (unless due to JetskiMoto error)
If a return is refused due to misuse, damage, or missing components, we reserve the right to return the product to the customer without issuing refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or defective out of the box:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.Include photos or video of the damage and packaging.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
