Domestic (USA): 1–5 business days after dispatch.

International: 7–21 business days after dispatch may vary by customs clearance times.

Tracking Information:

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time


Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs some product are free shipping why some are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Free shipping may be offered on select product, promotions or qualifying orders.

Customs & Import Duties International Orders:

For international shipments, Jetskimoto supports customers in handling any applicable customs fees, taxes, or import duties in their country.

We provide all necessary and authentic shipping and product documents required by your local customs authorities to ensure smooth clearance.

While we cannot pay these fees on your behalf, our team will assist you with accurate paperwork, product valuations, and any additional details your country requires.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:

Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for most items.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Certain items, such as electrical components, safety gear, and custom-made products, are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.

Return Process:

Contact our customer service team us with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.

Ship the item back to us using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:
